HOW WE WORK
1.
Roast
First we roast your green beans on our Ikawa Pro100, a highly innovative app controlled precision roaster. All coffees get the same roast degree but their own roast recipes based on the coffee specs.
2.
Cup
Step two is to cup your coffees. We have optimised our water according to SCA water specs. For our cupping sessions we follow the current international cup tasting guidelines.
3.
Document
During cupping we document flavour notes, highlights and remarks. When we finish tasting your coffee we hand you a document with all necessary information to make the next step in the market.
