CPA (Coffee Particle Analyzer)

The CPA (Coffee Particle Analyzer) by 3TEMP is the first particle measuring instrument in the world that can give you a direct measurement of the coffee particle spread and surface area at any location. It can function as a great tool to gather more insight on the particle distribution and gives you with a clear indication of burr performance.

3TEMP Coffee Particle Analyzer (CPA)

The CPA is an optical measuring instrument with a wireless connection to a smartphone, tablet or computer.

How does it work?

Take a small sample of ground coffee from the grinder and place it on the measuring field. It analyses the ground coffee with sophisticated algorhythms and a few seconds later you will have an accurate result on your screen.
