A roasted coffee bean is very susceptible to UV radiation and oxygen.
UV and oxygen degrade almost every known organic matter in days, hours and in the case of ground coffee beans even in a couple of minutes. The coffee will lose aroma’s and flavor clarity.
Extended shelf life:
To maintain coffee quality we have found a biophotonic storage jar which blocks all types of UV radiation but lets specific rays in that have the ability to improve the quality of the organic matter stored inside, in this case our coffee beans. We’re still testing and discovering the potential of the material for storage solutions but so far it’s looking great!
