This great coffee we came across after meeting with Annelise Scholl, (Grounds Costa Rica) who facilitates the connections between roasters and Costa Rican farmers, in this case Finca Sebastian. A great project which we just had to support.
Annelise provided us with several coffees, with this Red honey processed in particular that stood out. We call it a fruit bomb F1 hybrid. If you don’t know about F1 hybrids yet, there’s a podcast in the making in which we will dive into the details.
